Phil readily responds to our shared thoughts and questions. He made us comfortable and suggested some poses as we are not used to doing photoshoots. He is very friendly, honest, and professional. Communication and the experience were great! For the photos, we put 4 starts only as the focus in some pictures was not on us.
The website has some room for improvement. Some links I receive via email returns a 404 code. I need to manually go to my Dashboard to get to where the link supposedly directs me.
