Hello everyone!

My name is Maria, I was born in Russia and now I live in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe with a very rich history.
When I first travelled to Oxford 10 years ago I fell in love with this place. Back then I wasn’t into photography, but as a tourist I wanted to have a photo of me literally in front of every building. Everything about Oxford is photographable - from gothic University buildings to cozy narrow lanes and spacious parks. So many films were shot here - and it’s not surprising. It is impossible not to feel like a part of history when you are in Oxford: imagine having a pint in Tolkien’s favourite pub, or strolling down the street where Lewis Carroll once walked…
We all know that the best way for us to preserve history, to keep our memories alive is to take pictures. Then why not treat ourselves with something that will last forever?..
As an international person who loves travelling and is passionate about different cultures, I know what tourists would find most interesting about the city that I made my home 9 years ago. As I photographer, I will make you feel comfortable and relaxed as well as entertained and excited about visiting this wonderful city.
