About me
Hello! I’m Sofia and i’m a British-Pakistani splitting my time between Japan and the UK. I picked up a professional camera in 2014 whilst I was studying Human Biosciences at university. Although I was academically in the medical space, I always had a love for the arts for as long as I can remember.
After working in medicine for a few years, I felt unfulfilled. So I decided to call it quits and ventured back into the creative world and couldn't be happier. I have had the pleasure of capturing memories for hundreds of couples and families from a multitude of backgrounds, as well as working with magazines, public figures, artists and small to commercial businesses. I love to nurture culture and centre communities in my work.
My images are candid, authentic representations of people and places. Whether you are looking for portraits, event coverage, or something in between, I believe that every photo has the potential to tell a unique and meaningful story. I strive to bring out the personality and emotion of my subjects and to create images that are timeless and enduring. Paying great attention to detail my goal is to produce innovative and inspiring images that will last a lifetime, and most importantly provide the best pieces of work for my clientele.Â
