Rescheduling 
This section is divided into Customers, Business clients, and B2B Partners.

For shoots and customers, booking a photoshoot directly on our website: 
If you need to reschedule your photo session, go to your dashboard in the ‘Bookings’ tab, select the booking and click on the ‘reschedule’ button. Our rescheduling policy is as follows: 
  • If you reschedule more than 3 days in advance, there is no rescheduling fee. 
  • If you reschedule with less than 3 days to your photo experience, a 25% package price fee will apply. Except for emergencies*. 
*Natural disaster, illness, direct family member emergency, or last-minute travel restrictions.

For business customers and B2B Partners:
If you need to reschedule your photo session, please notify us via email at hello@angleplatform.com within 30 days of the event day. Our rescheduling policy is as follows:
-If you reschedule after a confirmation email has been sent, a 25% package price fee will apply. Except for emergencies.Natural disaster, illness, member emergency, or last-minute travel restrictions.


Cancellation Policy
This section is divided into Customers, Business clients, and B2B Partners.

For shoots and customers, booking a photoshoot directly on our website: 
If you need to cancel your photo session, please notify us via email at hello@angleplatform.com with at least 3 days notice. Our cancelation policy is as follows: 

a) If you cancel more than 3 days in advance of your photoshoot, we will issue you with a photoshoot credit of the same value which you can use at any time in the future, with no expiration date. 
b) If you cancel within 3 days of your photoshoot, no credits or refunds will be issued. 
c) In the event of an emergency (natural disaster, illness, direct family member emergency, or last-minute travel restrictions), we will issue you with a photoshoot credit of the same value which you can use at any time in the future, with no expiration date. Please note, documentation may be required. 

NOTE: Cancelations during holiday seasons must be done a week in advance of the shoot date. This will be specific to each destination, as each city and country has its own special dates and holidays.

For business customers and B2B Partners:
If you need to cancel your photoshoot, please notify us via email at hello@angleplatform.com at least 30 days before the event. Our cancelation policy is as follows:
If, for any reason, the Client cancels before the event date, Angle will keep 50% of the Non-Refundable Deposit.
a)If the event was paid in full and canceled 30 days before, a 50% credit will be issued to your account, which you can use at any time in the future (valid for 1-year from cancelation day).
b) In the event of an emergency (natural disaster, illness, direct family member emergency, or last-minute travel restrictions), we will issue you with a photoshoot credit of the same value, which you can use at any time in the future (valid for 1-year from cancelation day). Documentation for cancelation may be required.


No Show
If you don’t show up to the photoshoot session at the scheduled time and meeting place previously agreed upon, no refund will be issued. The payment will go to the photographer for their time.


Think Ahead
Early is on-time, and on-time is late! We suggest that you arrive at your meeting point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time. If you are late, the time will be deducted from your allotted photoshoot scheduling unless your photographer has the flexibility to flexibility to extend. 
If for any reason, you don’t notify the photographer and arrive 30+ minutes after your scheduled start time, you will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full. If you notified your photographer that you were running late, please keep in mind that they may have another photoshoot scheduled after, and may not have the flexibility to stay longer. 

If you arrive at your session late, any time that has passed will be forfeited from your chosen package. You may only shoot for the remaining amount of time. 
If you wish to extend your photoshoot beyond the originally scheduled time, you can always upgrade your package. Rates vary by location & occasion.


Fees
Customers are responsible for any transportation fees or additional fees (admission to museums, parks, ferry tickets, Uber, bus, food, etc.) required for you and the photographer.


Photography Copyright
You will share a non-exclusive perpetual personal-use license of the images. The image(s) may not be used in any way whatsoever in which you charge money, collect fees, or receive any form of remuneration. The image(s) may not be used in advertising. The image(s) may not be resold, relicensed, or sub-licensed. Your Photographer retains the copyright on all images shot.


Photo Editing and Delivery
This section is divided into Customers, Business clients, and B2B Partners.

For shoots and customers, booking a photoshoot directly on our website:
Angle is a fun and candid photo experience. We offer professional photos of the memories you won’t want to forget. All of our images are color edited and color corrected. The photographers will not go through extensive photoshop editing, which means heavy post-production, liquifying, removals, skin retouching or editing that drastically alters the original image. 
While we would love to provide all of the unedited or raw files, the magic happens after the editing process. It would be nearly impossible for our photographers to edit all of your images. Think quality over quantity! 

Your private gallery will include the best shots from your photoshoot, selected and edited by your awesome photographer. If you have any specific “must-have” shots in mind, let us know prior to your photoshoot. 
We will send you an email letting you know that your photos are ready on your account's dashboard. There, you will be able to download the photos directly to your email to share with your friends and family!

For business customers and B2B Partners:
For business customers and B2B Partners: All the details of editing your photos and/or videos and the delivery time will be described in your estimate, invoice, or agreement. Please review it before confirming the booking.


Honor Code
We ask all of our customers to be respectful and honor the hard work we do to connect you with professional photographers and offer their outstanding services. If for any reason we discover the customer and/or the photographer engaging in third-party business outside of the platform (buying prints, additional photos, extra time, etc.) without our consent prior to the booking, both the customer and photographer may be banned from the platform. We do not allow any third-party business outside of the platform and are not responsible for any business done after the hours of the scheduled service.


Copyright Protection
All content and photographs displayed on the Site and all underlying softwares or technologies used in connection with the Site, and all aspects thereof, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights therein, are owned by Angle or its licensors. You acknowledge that the Site, content and photographic images displayed on the Site and any underlying technology or software used in connection with the Site contain Angle’s proprietary information. 

Angle shall have the right to monitor the content that you provide to the Site, but shall not be obligated to do so. The contents of the Site are protected by copyright as individual works, collective work and/or compilations, pursuant to the USA and foreign copyright laws. 

You agree to abide by all copyright notices and other restrictions contained in the Site. Access to, and use of, the Site is solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Accessing, using, displaying, performing, distributing, copying or downloading content from the Site for anything other than personal and non-commercial use is strictly prohibited without the written consent of Angle. By downloading or reproducing any information from this Site, you accept and agree to the conditions described in this Statement in their entirety without modification unless otherwise agreed to in writing by you and Angle.


Exclusion of Liability
Customers agree to release Angle from any liability for damage, losses, and injury to them or to any person or property resulting from the use of our services; accepting themselves for taking full responsibility for any and all such damage or injury. 
Angle will not be liable for incidents related directly or indirectly with our services.


Changes to The Terms
Angle reserves the right to modify the content of the present Terms and Conditions at any moment in time.
